MAC lip glosses always impress customers by the quality of each product. This review will focus on the Pro Longwear Lipglass line that is considered as one of the best MAC lip glosses. MAC says that Pro Longwear Lipglass is a longwearing lip gloss that goes on smooth and lasts for up to six hours and is able to envelop lips with shine colour and pro-longs the hours between re-application.
Out of these, Fashion Boost is the only Pro Longwear lip pencil and Nightingale is more distinctly berry-ish compared to the more purple and purple-pink hues of the other shades. Pro Longwear Lipglasses are packaged in clear plastic tubes with four best shades: Whoops, Long Love Love, Forever Rose and Ready or Not. These are all nicely pigmented with some being more opaque than others. Many customers found a little difficult to spread these lip glosses onto their lips at first but they do not feel so thick and sticky once their lips start to be warmed up. One unique thing is the applicator for this is not the typical doe-foot applicator found in other MAC lip glosses, it comes with a flat sponge tip, spatula-like applicator. I like the shape of the applicator. Because it is not too large so it’s not difficult to reach smaller areas like the corner of the mouth with the precise amount, also with flexibility (almost like a lip brush).

Long-lasting: 5 hours +Feature: MAC describes Whoops as a bright coral lip gloss cream and well it is extremely true that and even more. I have to say that it is the most beautiful coral MAC lip gloss. The gloss comes in a gorgeous pack with a luxury and tempting tube. Alike other MAC lip glosses, it is sticky, but once you try it, it is better than you might imaginethere is more good than you imagine. Honestly, although the texture is thick, it doesn’t bleed like other glosses and it stays within the lip lines exactly. The color is close to be opaque with two swipes more so as to pigment lips well. This shade is very bright, you can tone it down by using your fingers to blend it. If you are a gloss lover, you must try it, and you won’t be disappointed. Whoops is one of the longest wearing thickest lip glosses ever. It stays for 5 hours after eating and drinking. Without eating, I think it would last 6 hours on your lips, just the concentration of the color reduces.

Apply with lipsticks: MAC Mineralize Rich Lipstick “Right till the end, the texture remains the same. My experience was that the gloss does last for longer than other MAC lip gloss formulas–around four or five hours, with slight fading after a couple of hours. This is, of course, if you don’t eat or drink during this time or eat/drink very lightly.
For skin tones: All skin types, from Fair, Medium to Olive.

MAC Pro Longwear Lip Crème- Prolong
For a quite sometime I wanted to buy a sexy red lipstick that would suit my skin tone and make my lips look ohlala… So after a lot research, I decided to check out three MAC red lipsticks, out which would be THE ONE for me. As soon as I entered the store, I got was in for a shock coz my desired Ruby Woo is out of stock and the store personal told me to try MAC Pro Longwear Lip Crème.
What MAC described:
Lightweight texture, creamy finish and comfortable long wear combine in this has-it-all-pro-class lip colour. Slick in use, applies without need of a top coat- and still lasts up to 12 hours. Won’t feather or transfer, and the colour stays true. Helps lips stay soft and hydrated.

I immediately fell in love with the colour and the packaging. It’s different from other regular MAC bullet cases. The MAC Pro Longwear Lip Crème in Prolong red is on the darker side, which suits my skin tone since I’m towards the warmer side. It glides on smoothly and the creamy finish is a treat while applying. The colour is so pigmented and you get blast of full colour in a single swipe. And yup, just as all MAC lipsticks, it does have that lingering vanilla-ish fragrance !
I usually wear it on top of my lip balm since my lips tend to dry really soon. But always blot the excess before applying. And don’t forget to exfoliate your lips if you have dry or flaky skin…
As red tends to bleed sometimes, I use a MAC lip liner in Cherry which helps me to define my lips. As the name suggests, the color stays for 6-7 hours withstanding all my drinking, munching. It does get light as hours pass, but I suggest it any day over other lipsticks.
